Service description

SiamSentient provides a software platform for automated customer messaging, inventory synchronization, and analytics for retail merchants. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of product information, compliance with marketplace policies, and obtaining necessary consents from customers for automated messaging on LINE and other channels.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for core messaging and sync features. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and dashboard notice.

Limitation of liability

SiamSentient is not liable for indirect damages arising from platform outages, third-party API changes, or merchant misconfiguration. Direct damages are capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
