Information we collect

When you use SiamSentient, we process merchant account data, customer message content necessary to provide the service, and integration credentials for connected platforms (LINE, Shopee, Lazada). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the AI assistant, sync inventory, generate analytics for your dashboard, and improve model accuracy with anonymized aggregates. You can request export or deletion of your merchant data by emailing privacy@siamsentient.xyz.

Data retention

Chat logs are retained for 90 days by default unless you configure a shorter window. Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination.
